Creative concept Bacus proposed as location, one of the oldest and most famous circus world museum : The Raluy circus. The location was divided by zones according to the arrival of guests:Reception area outside , "Magic Circus World of the 30 " where mounted 3km red carpet, velvet curtain simulating a theater backdrop and characters receiving guests. The next area was created in an area with antique circus wagons and trucks of the time, placing the area photocall and welcome drink , more interactive characters . Followed the circus big top , where the center court as the basis for shows, rest areas framed with sets of vintage armchairs, sets of points bodypaintings recreating animals and catering offering succulent delicacies . This tent, a tent 600m2 annexed to cover the capacity of the event more than 800pax . With a polygonal tent 9m in height and which had to be decorated to create the same warm atmosphere of the Raluy tent. This whole looms with burgundy and cream , vintage furniture and decorations circus was coated Challenge The preparation of the event led more than six months of hard work and negotiations. Circus Raluy advanced his arrival in Barcelona to host the event, had to manage all the necessary permits to Port Vell and perform all assembly attached more circus tent in a week. During the night of the event, all providers and staff working for the event exceeded 150 people.
